 Shipping Information

All items are shipped within 2-3 business days of their original purchase date. We send out shipments on Tuesday-Friday, but do not ship on Saturdays-Monday. If you purchase an item on Friday after 1:00 p.m. your package will not be shipped until the following Tuesday.

We have a set shipping amount based on purchase amount.

Online Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that! Please complete our "Return Form" and ship your item right back to us! You may also drop-off returns to our retail store in Midway, KY. Please read all qualifications before returning items.

Cherokee & Co. Boutique asks that you please make sure that your return follows ALL of the guidelines explained below in order to be accepted. We must receive the return form packaged or dropped off with your item(s) in order to process your return.

Return Deadline

Return packages must be postmarked within 5 days of the original ship date. We feel that this allows plenty of time for customers to try on items and decide whether those items will work for them.

 

Return Options

Cherokee & Co. Boutique offers STORE CREDIT for all qualified returned items. If you wish to exchange your item for another size/color, please submit a return request and if available another size/color will be issued. We are unable to hold items for exchanges as items are on a first come/first serve basis.

 

Returning Online Items In Our Boutique

You may drop off returns in our store however, at least 3 business days are needed to process online returns by our web department.

 

Returned Item Condition

Items must have original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in complete original condition in order to be eligible for return. If items are returned that are deemed not in original condition by Cherokee & Co. Boutique, we reserve the right to refuse a return. "Unoriginal" conditions include but are not limited to: odors, stains, make up residue, rips/damages, signs of wear, signs of wash, etc..

 

The following items are unfortunately NOT eligible for return:

Return shipping

Customers ARE responsible for the cost of returning item’s to Cherokee & Co. Boutique. We suggest USPS First Class shipping as it is commonly the most affordable method. The package is the customer's responsibility until it arrives to the shipping department. With that being said, for your own protection, we suggest that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

If returns are made on a free shipping purchase the minimum amount of initial shipping cost will be deducted from refund. Example- if you return an item that cost us $5.00 to ship, you WILL pay the amount to ship it back to us and the amount it costs us to ship to you WILL be deducted from refund amount.

Return Process Time

Once a return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. We will contact you via email when a refund is processed. We will respond to all inquiries within 2-4 business days, but do not answer requests on weekends or Holidays. We urge you to please take extra caution when opening your packages as we can't be held responsible for any damages that may occur once the product(s) leaves our store. We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
